Prevention Council is an SCHS organization that is dedicated to preventing dangerous and unhealthy behaviors in students, including underage drinking, drug use, bullying, suicide, dating violence, and eating disorders.
Prevention Council plans all activities during Red Ribbon Week, April’s Drug and Alcohol Awareness Activities, our Suicide Prevention program, Youth Frontiers events, and other school wide prevention efforts throughout the year.
There are varying levels of involvement, so even the most active SCHS student can be a member.
