We are very excited about the new lunch program at Skutt Catholic. Our new vendor, Taher Inc., will be providing fresh cooked meals on Mondays through Thursdays. Booster groups will provide lunches on Fridays. Click HERE to view the latest Taher newsletter.

NO CASH/ ONLINE PAYMENT

Skutt Catholic High School has recently added a new food service management system. As part of the LunchTime suite of software, School Payment Portal is being offered as a safe, secure, and convenient way for staff to manage school lunch account payments. You will have the opportunity to track purchases, create reminders, and set up automatic payments. The automatic payment portion is ready for you to set up your account and view your student’s daily transactions.

If you do not want to pay online and would like to send lunch money to school to be deposited in your student’s account, you are still able to create a username and password to track their purchases and see how much money is in the account. Cash will not be accepted as payment for food.

 

LUNCH PAYMENT PORTAL

 

 

ACCOUNT SET UP

The first time you visit the website, you will be directed to ‘click’ the green button marked CREATE ACCOUNT. Once you have established an account, you will need to use the Parent Login from the main site to access your account.

Set up your account:

  • Enter your First Name, Last Name, email address (this must be the same email at which you received this email) and a password. Then click the Create Account button located in the lower right corner.
  • You will see confirmation that your account has been created successfully. Next, click the Login Page button in the lower right corner, then enter your login credentials and click Sign In
  • Once you are logged in, click the Add Student button to add either yourself as a staff member or to add your child as a student to your account
  • Enter the School’s Zip Code, 68130, in the field for zip code, then click Continue
  • Available schools will be displayed. Click on the blue Select to the left of Skutt Catholic High School
  • Enter the required information you wish to add to your account, then click Continue
  • Verify the information and click on the blue Add Student to the left of your name
  • You will be returned to the Student Access page. Follow the above steps for each student you wish to add to the account.

ADDING FUNDS

To make payments to lunch accounts:

  • Click the blue button marked Make Cafeteria Deposit
  • Enter the Deposit Amount for each Student listed and click the Continue button.
  • Follow the screen prompts to setup your payment options.

FEE STRUCTURES

• Physical Check delivered to Skutt Catholic Main Office, Memo: “Student Name / Lunch”: no deposit transaction fee
• Credit Card Payments (Visa, MasterCard, Discover) 2.3% + $1.50 per deposit transaction
• Credit Card Payments of $500 or more (Visa, MasterCard, Discover) 2.3% + $3 per deposit transaction
• Bank ACH Payment + $1.50 per deposit transaction
• Cash will not be accepted as payment for food

EXAMPLE: Parent/Guardian Deposits $100 Credit Card Payment: The parent/guardian would be charged $100 that is deposited to the district bank account as well as a $3.80 convenience fee.

** On the last day of the month, any outstanding balances of minus $25 or more will incur a $20 late lunch fee added to FACTS account.
