Introducing Dan Ossowski

Finishing off the second week of school, we are continuing to introduce the newest members of our SkyHawk family. Today, we introduce Dan Ossowski.

DAN OSSOWSKI – PHYSICS

Dan Ossowski is our new physics teacher at Skutt Catholic. This year, he will be teaching AP Physics I and AP Physics II.

A FEW THINGS:

Dan grew up in Anoka, Minnesota and graduated from Anoka High School in 2000 with a class of 900.

In 2004, he earned a degree in environmental science from Creighton University.

He initially worked in the testing/agriculture industry for 10 years. Then he stayed at home with his two sons while earning a teaching license from Bemidji State University.

He has been teaching for the past six years, most recently at Our Lady of Lourdes.

IN HIS OWN WORDS:

“I love working with kids and getting them prepared to face today’s world.”

FUN FACTS:

For five years, Dan worked on the grounds crew for the Minnesota Twins. A blooper of him falling while shagging foul balls can still be found on YouTube.
