We are kicking our 31st year with the implementation of the seventh strategic plan in the school’s history. A strategic plan serves as a shared roadmap for our community as we work together to make our goals a reality. 

• COMING UP WITH THE PLAN
  Last Spring, we conducted an extensive survey of parents, students, staff, alumni, and friends of Skutt Catholic.  A Strategic Planning Core Committee, in conjunction with the school leadership, was responsible for review of the data and the initial creation of the strategic planning goals.  Various subcommittees of the school board also provided input.  In May, the board of directors unanimously approved the plan.

• IMPLEMENTING THE PLAN
  As we implement this plan, Skutt Catholic’s leadership will be responsible for sharing the steps taken to achieve the stated goals.

• ADDITIONAL SCHOOL GOALS
  A strategic plan is not meant to encompass every goal the school may have. The data provided some additional objectives that are not “strategic” in nature.  We will be working on additional goals but it would be premature to say that they can be accomplished in the time frame of this strategic plan.
