We will strive to ensure that all families are well-informed about the school’s programs, achievements, and opportunities, and provide a clear and compelling message that highlights the school’s unique value proposition. The communication plan should also seek to engage and involve families in the life of the school, building a sense of community and partnership between the school and its families.

Create a comprehensive facility management system that efficiently tracks past maintenance projects and forecasts upcoming building and maintenance needs. The system should ensure timely repairs and upgrades to maintain a safe, healthy, and modern learning environment for our students and staff. This will include establishing clear protocols for facility management, such as regular inspections, preventive maintenance, and emergency repairs, as well as developing a budget and prioritization system for funding projects.
